If you didn’t know yet, DisneyExaminer will at the D23 Expo and will be bringing our Newsroom with us (#A717!)!

Having our spot on the show floor being a Newsroom, you can expect it to be very interactive with live news streams and even a chance to become a reporter for us. Additionally, we’re excited to be able to test what you know about us and Disney with some exciting prize-winning challenges!

Our main game will be a special DisneyExaminer scavenger hunt, which will take you all over our website to teach you what it means to be part of our team and a Disney fan. We’ll have ways you can play along even if you can’t make it down to our Newsroom, too.

Here’s a run down of all the games you can expect

Secret Password: Every day during the Expo we’ll be posting a riddle onto one of our social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook). Whisper the answer to the riddle to us at the expo to win your prize!

Guess the number of jelly beans: If you can guess the number of jelly beans in the jar at our booth, you’ll win the daily prize! (If no one guesses the exact amount, the closest guess wins).

Joining our email list: Joining our email list won’t just get you a chance to win these prizes – it’ll also sign you up to receive regular Disney alerts straight to your email so that you’ll always be updated with the latest Disney news.

Story pitch suggestions: Pitch a story idea to us in our Newsroom for a chance to win even more prizes AND to possibly have your story written by one of our talented staff members.

DE Scavenger Hunt: This scavenger hunt will introduce you to the different Disney divisions that DE regularly reports on.

The link with complete instructions for the hunt will be up on Friday, August 14th.
